I’m still setting up Lucky Palms for gen 10.  I finish with one lot and I find another that needs to be done.  I think there are only two more...

Arne’s massive Woo Woo is a hindrance to all...

It has since been improved as much as possible and put back in his inventory.

Ajax hasn’t left the dorm before forgetting that he was heading to class on his first day.

By the end of the first day, he had maxed his academic performance and made the Dean’s List.  He can forget all he wants with performance like that.

I really hate to break up this family scene - NOT!  *that blond thing is Argus’ boss*

I could move Arne and Ajax with their significant others now... or wait and let them move out on their own...

In either case, I think I am ready to move on... with gen 10... maybe... I’m really unhappy with the house I’ve chosen...

After checking (and resetting) everyone’s occults and school performance, Argus knows all of the previous heir households.

Arne returns home and plops his huge Woo Woo in the driveway, blocking the front entrance to the house.  Everyone is forced to use the back entrance now.

With the aid of a Potent Invigorating Elixir tossed by Nolan, he manipulates and massages his Woo Woo through the night, making it faster and shinier.

He and Nolan are at the top of their careers with Jereme just one promotion away from becoming a Rock Star and [possibly] two days to earn it (hopefully he’ll make it in one).
