Our coffee roaster roasts 12 pounds of green unroasted specialty coffee every 20 minutes. We're roasting three different coffees today: San Ramone, a Castillo, and a Bourbon. The Castillo is a hybrid coffee developed over thirty years to help fight coffee pests without pesticides, and the Bourbon is a natural coffee varietal. After @jazzsx159 roasts them, he'll send it to me in New Jersey. I'll cup the coffees and figure out if they are worth the purchase. Does the flavor profile make me smile?
