This hot cheese dip is a tasty appetizer that's great for parties or game nights. It has creamy cheese, smoky bacon, and flavorful roasted peppers.
Ingredients: 8 oz cream cheese. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup diced roasted peppers. 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup chopped green onions. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, roasted peppers, bacon, mayonnaise, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly. Serve hot with your favorite chips or crackers.
