Ingredients: 2 large red bell peppers, roasted, peeled, and seeded. 1/2 cup cream cheese. 1/4 cup sour cream. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt and black pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish.
Instructions: In a food processor, combine the roasted red peppers, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper. Process until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Blend again until well combined. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve with your favorite chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
