Ingredients: 1 pizza dough. 1/2 cup tomato sauce. 1 cup vegan mozzarella cheese. 1-2 ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced. Fresh basil leaves. 1 tbsp olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 475F 245C. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Place the rolled dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread a layer of tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust. Sprinkle the vegan mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. Arrange the tomato slices and fresh basil leaves on top of the cheese. Drizzle the olive oil over the pizza and season with salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
