True to form, the Chefs special BaoziInn Signature Soup Dumplings are available in three beautiful colours due to natural vegetable and spice dyes: Green for pork, purple for beef and white for mushroom. Each dumpling is swimming in its own irresistible broth. The grand final of the evening was juicy Lamb chops with a heavenly coating of crispy cumin seeds. Really delicious!
