Episode 5: The Princess Bride

After a long hiatus, we finally have an episode in the feed.  Go catch it!

You're already familiar with the movie -- The Princess Bride.  This is the first time we've had outsiders participating, and there are a bunch of them.  We are:

The tool we used this go around was Sococo (and Google Spreadsheets).  We played a game called Bus Trip and experimented with applying exercises stolen from the Stanford D School's Design Thinking to our agile retrospective.

Warning: There are a few rough sections in the audio in this one.  I've cut out all the unbearable and painful stuff, so there are a few gaps here and there.  The beginning is a bit rough, but stick with it, it gets better.  Also, when we split into different rooms, I've split into stereo - but don't worry, it's not overlapping!  You can use the "chapters" to jump out of the breakout sessions to the next combined session.
