Hi'ilani EcoHouse is America's first Carbon-Neutral Concrete Structure. The house is net positive and harvests it's own water. Build with SCIP (Structural Concrete Insulated Panels) it leverages its large thermal mass storing night time chill to cool during the next hot day. Even the CO2 emitted to build the home, including flying crews in, will be offset by the creation of a 3-acre native dense forest.
