Hi’ilani EcoHouse is America’s first Carbon-Neutral Concrete Structure. The house is net positive and harvests it’s own water. Build with SCIP (Structural Concrete Insulated Panels) it leverages its thermal mass to store night time chill for cooling during the next hot day. Even the CO2 emitted to build the home, including flying crews in, is offset by the creation of a 3-acre native dense forest.
