He stares at the text for a solidtwo minutes, trying to determine if he’s going to answer Tony or not. It’s aFriday, he has no plans other than maybe ordering a pizza and fucking around onXbox, and he knows whatever this favor is, it will ruin his lazy evening.
“Not answering your phone now?”
Rhodey nearly jumps out of hisskin at the voice behind him, and turns to glare at his best friend.
“Would it kill you to knock?”
“Probably,” Tony says, sprawlinghimself out in an armchair and looking at Rhodey over the rim of hissunglasses. “So. That favor.”
“Can’t Pepper do your favor thistime?” Rhodey asks, sighing as he sits back, and Tony shakes his head.
“She explicitly told me she willnot be my incredibly beautiful arm candy anymore. Besides, she’s got a datewith that redhead finally,” he replies, hand flicking in the air. Rhodey liftsan eyebrow.
“Your favor is you need me to bearm candy?” he asks, and Tony’s lips press into a half-smirk.

How I feel about this character: my boy!! my man!!! my fave superhero guy!!!!! i just love him and he deserved the world and i just. miss him.
All the people I ship romantically with this character: pepper potts first and foremost, but also rhodey, steve on occasion and if the fic is good/angsty enough, and listen!! i have a solid foundation for tony/melinda may!! also i love comic!tonyjan
My non-romantic OTP for this character: i live for tony/nat, and tony/sharon, and i, personally, will die on my mcu!tony/janet mother/son hill thankyouverymuch (with tony/hope as sibs). also, obviously, tony/morgan and tony/peter.
