Ahhh hi friend!! I am so excited that you have Heard The Good News!! :D I have never, in my life, seen a series finale that was so good?? Sometimes I still can’t believe it.

agreed! though sometimes it takes concerted collective action to change anything, and I think what I was bouncing off a bit in your original post was the idea that it’s necessarily the result of lots of separate individual choices, but in the context of that SCOTUS case that makes more sense

That’s fair. I didn’t word it super well. Plus, a lot of what I was reacting to was the boy’s insistence on referring to ~the process~ without actually breaking it down into what was actually being objected to, which is context I should have included from the start.

oh my god, it so does. >.< Darcy’s responsible for so much, from such a young age, he probably likes giving up power in the bedroom. It’s a relief not to have to be in charge. And he canonically gets attracted to Lizzy because she’s impertinent to him.
