Cal Roberts, member of the Meyerist Movement (Not a cult).

Canon:

Cal is 29 and the former co-guardian of the Meyerist movement before being replaced by Eddie Lane. He harbors feelings for a previous partner, Sarah Lane before she chose her now-husband (Eddie Lane). He has a son named Forest, birthed by another previous partner, Mary Cox. Cal tends to be impulsive and brash but also surprisingly sensitive due to some unresolved childhood trauma. He goes between having touch aversion to being hypersexual as a response to the aforementioned trauma. He is a 10R, and a recovering alcoholic.

He is currently living in the Meyerist compound and attending secular therapy.

Non-Canon:

Cal is bisexual but heavily repressed. He has had unwanted thoughts about men but has never acted on these because his trauma holds him back. He feels a great deal of shame over these thoughts and does his best to ignore them.

Likes: Cal enjoys being a father to Forest and spending time with him, he is very passionate about the Meyerist Movement and will do his best to spread the word, he enjoys public speaking and has a penchant for manipulation. He enjoys getting his way.

Dislikes: Being talked over and/or told what to do. He does not like to be controlled, though sometimes he can misconstrue peoples' intentions. Larger or domineering men, he is working out this fear dislike in therapy.

A type? I’m not completely sure. Maybe just someone nice and able to listen. There are quite a few people who’ve approached me, but I’m a little busy when it comes to helping with the community and commune.

do you ever feel alone?

Alone? Do I ever feel alone? No. I have my commune, as many people as I could ask for. It’s as fast as a phone call. Many people look up to me and come to me for advice, too.

Yes, there are many pros! A sense of belonging, family, and love, for starters. There are challenges, too. Chances to move up rungs, I'm a 10R, myself. You'll have the freedom to unburden and make your life your own, gain power and acceptance - and climb The Ladder with all your brothers and sisters! I hope you decide to join the movement.
