Since you love Med the most, what are your top 5 Med Characters (throughout the seasons)?

So I stopped watching after Connor left, because I was mostly there for him by then.

Honorable mentions:

Ethan and Sarah

Both solid characters, but certain choices by the writers hold their characters back for me. Sarah's plotline with Charles was very boring to me, and did not seem like a good fit for her at all. Ethan fell a little flat for me, because it felt like the writers kept pulling the same plotlines and character arcs for him. I really like his friendship with Connor, though, and I wish there was more of it.

5. Will

I like Will. He's fun, he's interesting. But oh my god he's insane. He's here because Chicago Med is pretty bad at writing women, so he somehow ended up being less crazy than characters like Nat

4. Maggie

Literally how can anyone not like Maggie. She's perfect: a good friend, solid character, smart, not insane.

3. Dr. Charles

He's pretty much the most sane character up to season 5, cuz again, didn't watch past Connor's exit, but not by much lmao. Oliver Platt is also amazing so I love seeing him

2. Robin

Robin was very much her own character, despite how much of her story was centered around her and Connor's relationship, and I credit it slightly to their chemistry, and mostly to Mekia's acting. She was strong and independent without having to be rude to others and I liked that she felt more real. The way she was written out was unfortunate, though

1. Connor

I'm absolutely biased, but I really liked Colin's performance over the course of his time on Med, and Connor's character was interesting to me. Unfortunately what was interesting about his character (trust issues, family past) were very underutilized. But in most shows I've watched, Male leads don't tend to be as dedicated to their spouse as Connor was, and little things like that. It was refreshing to have a flawed character who wasn't a bad person

Since Robin had made an appearance in the last two episodes of Chicago Med it feels as good a time as any to announce my head cannon that is 100% true!!
