Mark Ormsby of MOI Design is used to creating cool MNC office interiors and restaurants. His foray into residential interior design was by accident. Designing this apartment for a friend, in Robin Road Singapore, Mark proved that his relaxed eclectic mixed style for the interiors is both purposeful and charming.
Mark used his eclectic mixed interiors sensibility throughout the whole apartment for a unified theme and character. The corridor leading to the bedroom areas is flanked with brightly coloured artworks by Asian artist. The Persian carpets and rugs leads you along the hallway to explore the rest of theresidential interior design.

The owner of the house enjoys searching for unique pieces that reflect a place and a time of his life. Each piece in the house was collected from somewhere in the world. Mark like the owner has never restricted himself to a certain trend or style. The residential interior design of this house reflects the both the personality of the designer and the owner.
Without being overly decorative the display pieces in the hallway provides a sneak preview and sets the tone for a experience in tasteful eclectic mixed interiors of this residence.
A more focused and relaxing bedroom was created by limiting the distractions and colours. Minimal furnishing was used to give the room a bigger sense of space.
