04.01.2018 - yesterday I enjoyed the amazing food at #robinsonsomabay on more time! Today I am off home and will start my two week HSD diet with some low carb quark for dinner. The next few weeks I will pretty much eat the same every day to make things easier. Haven’t completely mapped it out but it will be something like quark, eggs, loads of veg and salad. Not so fond of meat at the moment so I will probably have a shake or two a day as well! My goal is to lose about 1.5-2.5kgs in the two weeks as I think loads of water will go first.
