Dressed in a sleek, form fitting black dress hitting right above her knee, platinum blonde highlighted locks cascading down her petite backside as she lounged in the tapas restaurant in Downtown Wilmington as her ocean eyes took in her man in the dim light, knowing how easily her eyes could pick up on him and take him in regardless of the light as he made her breathless. Tonight was date night but also, the celebration of his birthday, one she remembered and make sure to plan to utter perfection since she wanted to spoil him after all. It was what he deserved seeing how he treated her like a queen over these past few weeks. The way her feelings for him continued to further blossom, only growing stronger by the sight of her hues flickering open to witness the dark haired male right beside her, looking peaceful as ever. There was never a moment where her beam was flatlined. Never once around Gavin and now, the addition of her kids around him. The way Carter and Sabrina fell naturally into the life Callie had worked on, having grown an immediate attachment to Gavin, clinging to the male, made her heart feel as it would jump out of her chest by the sight alone. They both were little but the way they loved and accepted Gavin already made Callie realize this was the type of future she wanted. To see the kids happy to have Gavin around, dashing right into his arms, wanting to share even the slightest of things his way, loving him just as their mother did, these moments with him and no one else. Love was real. Each and every day, Callie McCoy was finding herself falling in love with the one and only, Gavin Robles.
Have you ever seen a couple so right, so completely together you wonder how the world ever worked before they met.
“So, birthday boy,” the blonde spoke up, a twinkle remaining steady in her ocean eyes, as her hand rested underneath her chin, taking him in. Her other hand found its place on the inside of his wrist, feeling the pulsing of his heartbeat underneath her touch as she nibbled on her lower, non-existent red petal due to the endless amount of kisses leading up to this moment. “I hope you know but I plenty more plans in store for you tonight. I’m not letting you go anywhere tonight. After all, you’re stuck with me.” The woman spoke in a sultry tone, hues taking him in as they bounced up and down before her foot slipped out of her five inch black, closed toe, Sam Edelman heels, delicately sliding it into his lap. “Do you think you can handle what’s in store and be a good boy for the rest of the evening?” Every night since their evening at the Gala, both of their souls collided into one another, finding themselves entangled mess of egyptian cotton sheets, drenched in the sweat after their love making last hours upon each other. Of course, tonight was his birthday. She didn’t want to do anything short of treating him like royalty, just like Gavin always did with her - like the evening of the Gala and the impromptu trip to New York for New Years Eve. Although, she battled with worries of her plan and the entirety of the evening matching up to what he did to her, in the end, Callie knew what mattered the most was being able to spend it with him - in hopes of sharing a very important confession his way tonight - the feelings that had been locked airtight in her chest for him and how much she wanted this... more of this with only him and how she hoped his feelings were just as mutual as the constant thumping of her heart against her chest. Even when she was teasing, the way she could naturally bounce about to a delicate and sweet side around him was unlike any lover before. “I just want you to have the best birthday. I hope this is living up.”
