Okay so you know how we keep cursing Stan or keep putting him into situations?
I suggest we just start like isekai’ing him into other worlds and Ford (+EM, Fidds, Tate, Shifty, Dan and Carla) we just shoot them off into different dimensions.

OH OH! And I was re-watching wall-e and got to the part where Wall-E forgot themselves and I was like what if that but gravity falls

Stan just starts to get a hang of whatever universe he gets shunted into he wakes up in a field or on a beach in a new one. Its like that one cartoon where every episode they're in a new universe and have to scramble to figure out whats happening and how to save the day, except with Stan, Ford, various others, and none of them know why its happening or how to get it to stop. For added humor, Bill is also there, and he also doesn't know whats happening, just assumes if he can 'win' then whatever is happening will end.
As for Wall-E Falls... hmmm...
I'm thinking.... Romance wise, kick all that out.
Actually, fantastic idea incoming.
The Stan's are part of the STAN robot series for cleaning up the Earth while all the humans are away, tidying up New Jersey while the rest of the STAN's fall to ruin around them. STAN-40D and STAN-73E. They aren't 'twins' but they're the last two remaining STAN's in their sector. Or maybe on the planet, who knows.
Ford is really dedicated to trying to clear up all the trash, but Stan's programming has slackened to the point where he just zips around finding junk and bringing it back to their home to show off to Ford, who loves trying to figure out what everything is, then the two of them watch movies, recharge, and repeat it all the next day.
Then FIDDL3 comes in, looking for plant life, he and Ford hit it off, Stan eventually warms up, similar to WALL-E, time goes on, robot mystery trio basically, Ford shows off the plant, FIDDL3 shuts down, etc, the rocket comes, retrieves him, they shoot off to space.
EXCEPT!
Stan doesn't. Stan's left behind, wailing for his bro and friend. Maybe Ford didn't mean to go either, but Stan bumped something and Ford got stuck, maybe Stan tried to stop Ford from chasing after Fiddleford and he got angry, doesn't matter.
They don't come back. Stan waits and waits, and no ship appears on the horizon.
Then! He shall have to make! his own! >:(
He's been scavenging the wasteland of Earth his whole existence, now he's just paying more attention. Starts traveling farther and farther, revitalizing other charging stations, fixing up whatever he needs to chase after his brother. Manages to get a bunch of other robots that are in disrepair working and cobble together a rudimentary space craft, based on whatever notes he found and what Ford left behind in their own homemade robot language.
Its time for him, S00S, and W3ND1 (and maybe other robots, idk) to go to space, save Ford, get the plant back (and maybe there's been more plants in that time that Stan's been cultivating to try and get another Fiddleford to show up for), and come home.
They launch, barely make it to space (thank god none of them need air) manage to track Fords weak signal to the ship, and make contact.
I'm thinking Bill's the helm, Fiddlefords memory gun was him getting reset, and Fords been living in the trash level trying to mangle anything he can to launch himself back up to the main level, get the plant, and go home, while the two newer STAN models, STAN-D1P and STAN-MA3 go about their jobs (yes, dipper and mabel are now giant trash compactors lol. They could crush their grunkles)
Story goes similar to Wall-E, with Stan causing chaos trying to find Ford or Fiddleford and letting the other robots go wild in his wake. Finds Fiddleford, starts jogging his memory banks, goes wild some more, they make it to the captain/Bill, just as Ford bursts out from the dump. More shenanigans, Ford is angry Stan messed up his Bill murder attempt, and its discovered the plant is either with Ford, or maybe destroyed? or Stan bursting it to save Ford got it destroyed in the crossfire? Either way its gone, Fords angry, the ship is in chaos. More shenanigans happen, they make it back to Bill, Ford determined to take down the bad robot that hurt his friend (?? Unclear), they all get shoved into the dump, Stan slightly crushed and Ford upset. Maybe thats when the plant got destroyed, Fords been keeping it safe for 30 years and now its gone forever.
Thinking... Ford is determined to take Bill out anyway, or at least try and get Stan and his robot friends home in an escape pod maybe?
Hmm. Hmmmm.
Nah, Ford tries to do that, but Stan goes rogue, goes back to the command deck place, and hooks his own memory to the ship, to upload his memory of the Earth and his little plot of plants he's been growing up and show the ship its viable for life.
Fight happens, the captain shuts Bill off, but its too late. Stan managed to upload the memory and get the protocol going (I forget the name), but he got damaged in the crossfire.
Hyper jumps to Earth, lands, and Ford and Fiddleford rush to Fix Stan, while also seeing the other robots he left behind and the tiny, barely there garden they'd been maintaining without any human input at all.
Fix Stan up, replace all his parts, and!
Memory wipe :)
Somewhere in there Stan helped Mabel and Dipper finish unlocking personalities that Ford had kick started but hadn't been focusing on since he was a robot on a mission. Stan gets his memory back, the planet slowly heals, everyone has a happy end :)
I will admit it has been. Some Time. Since i've watched Wall-E, so I don't really remember the middle bits.
Anywho, thats what I got! Love me some robots :)
