Robothon Robothon 2017 will be on Saturday September 30th, 2017 at the Seattle Center Armory. It promises to be a really exciting day of robotic competition. Click here for more information about events, schedule, etc. Robothon is open to the public, admission is free
This I discovered by looking for something free to do this weekend. It’s free (of course) and is it at the Seattle Center! There will robot battles, robot challenges, and looks like a blast!

Next Competition!
Great news: we are going to participate to the upcoming Robothon 2016!
Unfortunately, two of the excellent guys in the original team that won the Maker Open in China are abroad at the moment (Matteo Ragni in UK and Matteo Pacher in Germany), so we had to find substitutes. Moreover, Robothon competition also needs an economist/marketing specialist.
So here is the new team roster:
Mirko Brentari, control specialist

Roberto Mendicino, sensors and electronics specialist
Alberto De Marchi, mechanisms specialist
Jessica Sorí Tamargo, pitcher and PR specialist
