dragged this dusty, long-dead blog out of the grave specifically to scream about this book. only 700 ratings?? criminal. this masterpiece deserves a cult following and fanart and dramatic essays and possibly a shrine.

Say hello to Milo! Originally a robot from walled city 99 living in the slums who malfunctioned after the sky opened, Doc tried to fix them up but instead their consciousness had transferred to a previously-passed body in 1899, the man who's body they now possess was a hermit and could not be traced back to any living person
Fast facts;
-They still have robot characteristics (good at numbers, learns things extremely quickly)
-Pronouns are they/he
-bad vision
-Loves cats, scared of any animal that isn't a cat
-Still writes in the droid alphabet
-Scars from where they were roughed up from Zurks
-Friends with Seamus, Momo being his mentor of sorts
-Extremely pale, almost grey-ish in certain lights
-will write with _[[this notation]]_ for them!
Meeks!!! I found this on the pavement during one of my walks outside the school. Not sure where it's come from, but it appears to have lost its way. I've left it by your dorm, should you decide to keep it and give it a proper name! @radiofree-america

My time has come.
So! Drumbot Brian (the guy you said you wanted to learn more about) is an immortal space pirate and the pilot of the starship Aurora! He's immortal due to his metal body, with his heart being the only flesh part of him left. He was made mechanical by a vampire scientist named Doc. Camilla, (who also mechanized most of the other crew members, not including Raphaela la Cognizi and Marius von Raum) after he was found floating, near death in the depths of space.
He's got a morality switch as well which switches between ends-justify-means (ejm) or means-justify-ends (mje.) On ejm, he doesn't care what he does as long as he reaches his goal and on mje, he doesn't care what the goal is as long as the actions taken to get to it are morally sound.
He's the 'drummer' of The Mechanisms (the band the whole crew is in) but he usually plays the banjo or fiddle. Would highly recommend the band and not just because they've been rotting my brain for several months now!
Hope this makes sense!
//I don't often answer out of character, but that's so rad!!! His backstory is so cool, plus his design is gorgeous! I'll have a gander at the band, and hopefully -if you wanted- looking forward to seeing some shenanigans with him in the future :D
