#JonOssoff missed winning this primary outright by less than 2 percentage points. Keep in mind: this race and the Kansas 4 are both deeply-red House seats. The seat Ossoff is seeking in #FlipThe6th has been held by the gop for nearly 4 decades. The gop should have swept both of these races easily! I mean, the gop has been in full control of the entire federal government for less than 100 days. These races shouldn't have even been an afterthought for #FuckTrump #FuckDonaldFuckingTrump and the trump-suckers. We're all still in our "honeymoon" phase with them, aren't we? 😒
Needless to say, I remain heartened.
Anyway, for me personally, this means another political donation to the Ossoff campaign for June's general election, as well as for the next important race for me: cowboy-poet #RobQuist in Montana's at-large congressional election on May 25. #BernieSanders will be campaigning with Rob soon!
