I had a similar ask to this a few weeks ago,so this time I'm gonna pick some more 'serious' moments and go a bit more into why I love them. Of course this is all my own opinion and I am pretty clueless so sorry if I mention something not that underrated.

Okay once again KATIE'S FUNERAL! THE WHOLE EP! and tbh like the whole aftermath. Affair era (plus the rest of 2015) is my favourite for so many reasons but mainly the depth and the angst,so for me it'll always be underappreciated. That being said as a whole the affair era is talked about,but I feel like sometimes some of the Katie stuff gets glossed over? Like obviously Rob manslaughtering her is often mentioned,but the actual scenes themselves don't get talked about as much. Like Katie's funeral was not only a cinema masterpiece (imo) but it gave us such amazing angst. Like Robert this isn't a love story Sugden calling out Aaron's name all panicked and desperate because he can't see him at the quarry. He literally looses all care about Andy the moment he thinks Aaron is in danger. They've been having an affair for like two months at this point, Robert is still massively in the closet and acting like him and Aaron are nothing yet he breaks when they're at the ledge,because he knows Aaron's past,and he knows Aaron is feeling guilty and deep down subconsciously he loves him! He loves him and he's terrified of what it means,yet in this moment,so early on he breaks because Aaron isn't there anymore and fuck Andy it's all about Aaron. He sounded more scared there then he did about his brother like helloo!?? God tier angst I love it

Okay next is Roberts second I love you,on the stairs. With the first one, although he definitely meant it he wasn't ready to say it and only did it to stop Aaron from doing anything. That second one though damn! The affection,the soft voice it's just screams love. Him asking Aaron to say it back because he wasn't ready before and now he wants to hear it,longs for it ,please I'm weak

Robert checking Aaron's pulse and the gentle back stroke during the lodge (all affair era so far,are you sensing a theme 😂) He's so gone for Aaron the thought of hurting him is terrifying

Aaron saying Robert is definitely for him before wedding 1.0. He went from being a scared kid who hated being gay to 'oh yeah I love my fiancé so much and you might not but but I do,he's the one for me, we're soulmates!' Powerful.

After the ons reveal Rob saying that she didn't compare, that he'd never felt like with anyone but Aaron. "Why would I miss something that doesn't compare" Confirmation that they a have incredible, intimate relationship,that they are literal soulmates. An unbreakable bond we stan

Robert: Aaron's promised me he won't murder anyone.

Liv: Yeah, well... I thought Jacob was going off me, so... so I said I'd try it, for him.

Robert: And that was his idea, was it?

Liv: It was mine. He said no. And then I went to find him after... and he was... he was with someone. It must've all been a joke to him.

Robert: No. The joke's on him. He's a gormless dimwit who doesn't know how lucky he is that you gave him the time of day.

Liv: Why can't I just be normal, Rob?

Robert: Normal doesn't exist. (hugs her and pulls her close) And don't you dare let anyone make you feel like you have to change. You're brilliant as you are. Forget him. He's nothing.

Liv: Yeah, but I'm gonna have to see him everywhere. Like in the shop or at the bus stop.

Robert: Just act like you don't care. Don't give him the satisfaction.

Liv: There is stuff I could say about what I saw. It'd hurt 'em both.

Robert: How do you mean?

Liv: You know, just spreading embarrassing details, or whatever.

Robert: It might make you feel good for a bit, but... it wouldn't change what happened.

Liv: YOU'RE telling me not to get revenge?

Robert: I've been a teenage lad before. Trust me, he's not worth the energy. The best revenge for now is putting yourself first.

Affair era or husband's era? You don't need to spend more than five minutes on my blog to know that affair era is my favourite, husbands era is very dear to my heart though

Floral shirt or Brown leather jacket? Ooh both solid contenders but brown leather jacket! I actually used to have a similar one, parting with it was heartbreaking

Purple hoodie or Overalls? Overalls! The hoodie deserves to burn

Wedding 1.0 or Wedding 2.0? Aaah okay okay so as a whole? Wedding 1.0. I had a bit of a blip in late 2017-2020 which meant though I still watched and loved,I wasn't as invested in them so watching wedding 2.0 wasn't as exciting. The first Wedding has such a nostalgic feel for me . Wedding 1.0 just feels more them!? It's much more intimate and emotional, Aaron's literally about to go to prison. I can physically feel the love from wedding 1.0 when I watch it. For me wedding 2.0 is nice but quite simple. I loved the speeches,I loved that Seb was there and they were finally happy,but I just don't get as warm and fuzzy when watching.

Liv or Vic? Vic. I hate Liv. That's that :/

The Sugdens or The Dingles? THE SUGDENS! THE BEST! Genuinely tho,I adore their dynamic so much. Also they feel like one of the most realistic families on the show. I just think they have such a complex history and dynamic. Robert and Andy's relationship is one of my favourites. I can count on one hand the Dingles I like,if that

The lodge or Christmas 2017? The lodge. It adds about 10 years to my life,such pivotal moment in their relationship. Christmas 2017 is brill but it's too White heavy and I prefer mental breakdown Rob over sad Rob! Also,nothing beats “Falling in love with you ruined everything” top tier angst, one of my all time favourite eps!

Chrissie White or Rebecca White? Chrissie 100% She was an actual character,sure she wasn’t the best,but the things she did were understandable. Her relationship with Lachlan was quite interesting too. They killed off the wrong sister and I’ll forever be bitter about it. Rebecca was nothing more than a plot device.

Reunion 1.0 or Reunion 2.0? Reunion 2.0! A full rom-com style special how iconic! Aaron's speech, tattoo it on me please!

Alex or Mike? Honestly? Alex. At the time I hated him of course,he was just an irritating obstacle,but now I just find him hilarious. On my rewatches I just enjoy watching him be ignored by Aaron (boyfriend of the year honestly) the whole situation is just funny to me. Plus he gave us "It's you and me ,it always has been,it always will be" one of my absolute favourite robron quotes.

The Love We Stole or Make You Feel My Love? Both. I love them equally (I see you all with your Adele slander) I'd say the love we stole is more their song,the lyrics fit them To a T, and I associate that song with them only. Whereas with Make you feel my love,I love it as a song anyway but It's extra special because of them. The love we stole is my happy comforting robron song, Make you feel my love is my sad balling my eyes out robron song when I miss them.

Lay-by or Barn? Lay-by!! Where it all began (although technically the barn counts too) I wish they'd done more with the barn, like it was used twice,I like to think of it as the main meeting place during the affair but it would've been nice to see it more on screen.

Proposal 1.0 or Proposal 2.0? Proposal 1.0 no contest. I count proposal 1.0 as their whole ssw EPs and I'm a slut for a soap disaster,so as you can imagine it was a dream come true! "I'm not leaving you,no" ICONIC.

2016 or 2018? The worst years :/ 2016 had the abuse storyline which was brilliant but it was far too to liv centric and boyfriends era was kind of overshadowed by that. I have the same problem with 2018 but with she who shall not be named. She was just bloody everywhere!!! Inescapable, I hated it. However we did get lots of soft domestic moments, wedding 2.0,the reunion and Seb of course. I do love husbands era so I'd have to say 2018

Chas or Diane? Diane! My love. Chas is somewhat irredeemable now,it would take a hell of a lot of work and Paddy taking a long walk off a short cliff for me to like her again. I've always had a soft spot for Di and I miss her at the pub

Boyfriend era or affair era? Affair era of course. My all time favourite. It's just so good omgg peak angst, drama, romance! The full package, Romeo and Juliet vibes truly. Boyfriends era simply does not compare,it was messy and they weren't even given the chance to be proper boyfriends :'(

Billy: Where's Ellis?

Aaron: I left him with you.

Billy: We got split up. Can't find him.

Robert: Well, that nutter didn't come back, did he?

Billy: Have you seen him or not?

Aaron: I am knackered. Not stopped all day. (sits down on the sofa) Not moving from this spot now.

Robert: Oh, right. That's a shame.

Aaron: Why?

Robert: Well, I said that we'd go to this surrogacy thing in Hotten.

Aaron: You're getting mixed up. This isn't for people doing it abroad.

Robert: I know what it is.

Aaron: Seriously?

Robert: Yeah.

Aaron: But I...

Robert: I'd still prefer to go to the States. But that's out of reach now. And I don't wanna keep making you wait.

Aaron: Robert, this isn't just about me. What happened with Seb was hard. I get it.

Robert: I know, but I shouldn't have out my foot down, though. Should've given it a chance, at least. I do wanna do this, it's just...

Aaron: I know, it's scary. Trusting someone to give us our own kid.

Robert: But nothing would make me happier than having a family with you. And I wanna just get on with it.

Aaron: Same.

Robert: So, you'll come with me?

Aaron: Yeah, course I will.

Robert: Erm... Vic and I are going away for a few weeks. Our gran, she's ill and er... she needs us.

Vic: Yeah.

Liv: Ah, well, I hope she gets well soon. I've gotta revise, so I'll... see you when you get back, yeah?

Diane: (coming in) Oh, good. I haven't missed you. I want a phone call from you every day. Do you hear me?

Vic: (hugs her) Thanks. Oh, I'd be a wreck if it wasn't for you. (they stay in the living room while Robert and Aaron move to the kitchen)

Aaron: Oi... I'm proud of you, you know that?

Robert: Behave.

Aaron: No, I'm serious. You did put your foot in it, but... what matters is you're still there for her. I know it'll mean the world to her. I know we're not exactly flushed at the moment, but... I want you to use the surrogacy money to make sure that Vic's all right.

Robert: I can't do that.

Aaron: I want you to. Vic needs it more than we do.

Robert: God, I love you.

Aaron: I love you, too. (KISS and HUG)

Robert: What'd she say?

Aaron: Just wanted to see how we're getting on and suggested meeting tomorrow.

Robert: Okay.

Aaron: But we're not going to. We can't meet while you're like this.

Robert: Don't be silly, call her back.

Aaron: I can't.

Robert: Aaron.

Aaron: Robert, look... Having a kid with you... would be the best thing that ever happened to me. But Victoria needs you right now, and believe me... it's gonna be really tough for her.

Robert: But I want this kid, too. Look, I... we can't give up. I won't let us give up.

Aaron: I'm not saying that we give up. I'm just saying that... I'm just saying that we put it on hold for now.

Robert: I don't deserve you. Come here. (hug)

Vic: I wanna move on, which is easier said than done when this house is a constant reminder.

Robert: Well, let's get you out of here, then. Just you and me for a few weeks, give you some time to clear your head.

Vic: Where to, though?

Robert: Seaside? France? The moon for all I care. It's up to you. We can leave today, as soon as you're ready.

Vic: You sure about this?

Robert: Yeah, course, I am. You're my sister. Right, we're gonna get through this together.
