can we talk about this gesture for a minute?
some may be disappointed to learn that this hand sign is neither satanistic nor does it originally stand for rock music.
It actually originates in funk music and was used by George Clinton and Bootsy Collins as a symbol for the funkateers during the p-funk era.
Gene Simmons(Kiss) and Ronnie James Dio(Black Sabbath) adopted the gesture and introduced it to the rock audience where it got the name devil horns.
