I think in that scene, the only turtle there at the time was Raphael. I watched the movie twice and paid closer attention to this scene, and you can see him spinning his sais and doing other obvious things like that. Plus, Raph might be the only one strong enough to lift such a large container like that by himself. ;u; I hope I helped clear that out
