Have you always wanted to live on a farm and live off the land? Well me too! This lot has a fully furnished house, a one stall barn, and a medium size (started) garden for your sims. I only put in one little cc - the roof but I think it's worth downloading. Also - there's a doghouse and everything you need for a pooch. The original build had the chicken coop on it - it looked good but I took it out since maybe not everyone has it. I really wish EA would come out with a farm expansion pack for The Sims 4 - I think I'd never leave the house... I hope you like it. *This lot is sim approved*

I really miss the horses in the sims so, I re-installed The Sims 3! Big Manor house for your sims, there's a bedroom on the first floor if you want to start with just one sim and of course - HORSES! The stables have 3 stalls with a grooming area. Outside - training grounds and a little pasture - all lit up at night. And, all you need for a cat as well. I hope you like this ready-to-play equestrian adventure! *This build is CC free and sim approved*
