"One false step or a repeated number, and you'll be eaten alive!!" A raised finger in warning. "It's cut-throat! Besides, no one said you can't mix and match your preferred moves with some updated one! C'mon-- you can do it! Again--from the top!!"

She was rooting for him! Surely you didn't want to be -the guy- who had to pull out the Emergency Maneuver Cabbage Patch, Buson....

Any noise that Falkner was making was cut off by the blow to his neck. Before he could recover, he felt an arm wrapping under his head, pulling him back towards the bulkier man.

No!

Wings flailed frantically out, desperate to keep any space between them, knowing if those wings got pinned down that he'd be trapped. Hands came to the arm around his neck, trying to grip at it, pull it away, scratch it-anything! There had to be some way to get out of this man's grasp-the hybrid certainly wasn't going to let himself be tied up.

Or at least, he was going to put up as much of a fight as possible.

He and Buson try to meet once and just hang out (maybe throw a few fists around for fun). They enjoy just the downtime and trading stuff and whatnot over a meal or drinks. Buson is one of the few Rocket members Vicious considers to be a close friend and one of the few he's willing to call on if he thinks he might need help with something.

It was too quiet today. His sense of time was fairly distorted at this point, but when not drugged up, he could at least tell if scientists hadn’t stopped by for longer than usual. So when that door finally clicked open, the avian was naturally on edge.

The still silence was disturbed by the ruffling of feathers as he eyed the stranger warily.

The man wasn’t wearing a Rocket uniform, nor any sort of lab coat...but that didn’t necessarily mean he was safe. They could be tricky, sometimes. Somewhere, in the back of his mind, an alarm was going off.

This man was a little too eager to help him.

At first, the creature stepped back, trying to keep some distance between the two of them as he hissed cautiously. But as he continued to eye the stranger, Falkner’s vocalizations began to die down. As far as the experiment could see, he had no weapons or restraints on him, and he was fairly bulky...Although he knew well his wings made it hard to maneuver in the narrow halls, there was a chance he might be able to slip by...but he would have to time it just right.

Finally, he dropped his defensive stance. Eyes darted between the man’s face and the lock on his cage, as if asking how the man intended to get him out.

Lambie's Buson (rocketrevelry) went ahead and built the thing, and then Lynn reminded me that her Rocket engineer OC Sean (puppydogrocket) built a weaponised Roomba with a knife attached to it. We were just sayin' the other day, wouldn't it be an awful shame if the two got mixed up? Disaster could ensue...
