Warrior Thoughts with Fatal (P.7)
(Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, Part 5)
Shadowclan part 2
--
6 Years
Rowanberry is nothing like her foul tempered older sister, but she hardly takes after her mild-mannered father. She was a habit of acting sweet to get her way, and had most of the young toms of her generation wrapped around her paw. She sobered up a bit when her best friend died of an illness that swept through Shadowclan, adopting their kits, Flintfang and Fernshade, and becoming a good mother, much to the shock of the rest of Shadowclan. Though she always wanted a mate, she never found someone in her clan that she could settle with.
Nutwhisker is quiet and meek, a crafter in the clan as opposed to his willful and intelligent sisters. As non-confrontational as he is, it’s a wonder he attracted the attention of Scorchwind, who could be just as proud and stubborn as his sister. They make a good couple, though, with Scorchwind standing up for Nutwhisker when he can’t say no and Nutwhisker pulling back Scorchwind when he goes too far. The pair always wanted kittens, but the “time was never right.” Instead, they were uncles to Flintfang, Fernshade, and Brokenstar.
Newtspeck never wanted to retire, but after surviving the illness that swept through Shadowclan she was rendered short of breath. She attempted to take up crafting, but early onset arthritis made her clumsy and she suffers from numbness in her paws. Eventually, she decided to take to the elder’s den with her older sister, Lightcloud, and learn as much as she could to pass stories onto the next generation. Like Nightpelt, she was offered to return to the warriors’ den, but knowing that she can no longer hunt or fight like Brokenstar wants, she was forced into exile.
Cinderfur, like Newtspeck, also suffered permanent damage from the illness that he had been lucky enough to survive. Unlike Newtspeck, though, he asked to move to the elder’s den from the beginning, unwilling to spend what little energy he had on hunting or crafting and instead living what’s left of his life to the fullest on warm rocks and sunbeams. When not doing his warrior duties, Nutwhisker joins him and they’re good friends.

Rockpelt (p.Boulder) was originally from the town, but talks very little about his experiences there. Raggedstar welcomed him into the clan along with a few other rogues to help fill out Shadowclan’s ranks following the illness. He seems to share Shadowclan’s general jumpiness despite not being born there, and refuses to go anywhere near the town border. His fears about being evicted from the clan and forced to go back to the town lead him to support Brokenstar’s rise to power—if only to stay on his good side.
Applefur came from the north farms and joined the clans out of pure curiosity. Raggedstar welcomed her with open arms, fostering that curiosity. Though Applefur never became a fighter, she is a prized hunter and crafter, and has even created new items to help Shadowclan out. She remains a force of positivity in the clan, though she hesitates to speak out against Brokenstar for fear of punishment.
Lizardstripe is a foul piece of work. She feels out of place in the clan despite being born into it and never approved of Raggedstar bringing rogues in, feeling that it was a show of weakness to rely on outside help. She’s the reluctant mother to Tangleburr, Deerfoot, and Cloudpelt—an accidental pregnancy that she insisted on keeping not because there was no one to foster her kittens, but out of a misguided sense of independence and the belief that one should lie in one’s own grave. She supported Brokenstar simply out of bitterness: this was the leader that Shadowclan, that Raggedstar, endorsed, and ergo the one that Shadowclan must live with.
I like this game. How about...water? ouo
A type of mermaid, but not quite the pretty ones.
This mercreature comes from the dark and murky deep. They are triangle shaped with very broad shoulders and a pear shapped head with an enourmous jaw. They are an anglerfish merman!
They have two rows of teeth and a wicked mean personality. They work on a pirate ship in the slave trade. Their only desire is to make others suffer and money. They dont like drink, they don’t like company.
They likes their knife, their rope, and their hands.

*raises hand* I don’t like the way you make me feel towards Holly. I don’t know if I should feel bit sorry for her, or if I should just continue hating her like I did before. *lowers hand*
I like to see all of my villains as their own people who just had one really bad day that pushed them over the edge. Which I think is a quote from the Joker somewhere. Makes them more terrifying because anyone has the potential to be them. But she creates so much destruction on her own where she could have stopped its hard to feel too sorry for her.
Dr. Brass from Kazooland Is just the same. Although I haven't had a chance to go too much into his backstory and probably never will until the very very end.
rockpelt replied to your post: changed my blog background. “HAPPY HALLOWEEN!” oh...
