These Rocky Road Chocolate Bars are a delightful treat combining the richness of chocolate with the crunch of nuts and the sweetness of marshmallows. Perfect for satisfying your chocolate cravings!
Ingredients: 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 cup of milk chocolate chips. 1/2 cup of unsalted butter. 1 can 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk. 2 cups of mini marshmallows. 1 cup of chopped nuts e.g., almonds or walnuts. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. 2 cups of chocolate-flavored crispy rice cereal.
Instructions: Press parchment paper into a 9 x 9 inch 23 x 23 cm square baking pan, leaving a small overhang for simple removal at a later time. The semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and unsalted butter should all be combined in a sizable microwave-safe bowl. Microwave the chocolate and butter until they are completely melted and smooth, stirring every 30 seconds. Add the vanilla extract and sweetened condensed milk, stirring until thoroughly blended. When all of the ingredients are evenly distributed, gently fold in the mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, and chocolate-flavored crispy rice cereal. Using a spatula, spread the mixture evenly after pouring it into the baking pan that has been prepared. The mixture should be chilled in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it solidifies and becomes firm. When the chocolate has set, remove the slab from the pan by using the overhanging parchment paper. After putting it on a cutting board, cut it into bars or squares. Enjoy your homemade chocolate bars with a Rocky Road flavor!
