At first he would be suprised. Another rodent Who also went to war? What a coincidence!
He would ask you about your rol in war, obviously curious, althoght he would understand of you didn't want to tell him much. After all war is mostly traumatic for almost everyone who went throw It.
"A nurse, you say? It must have being avfully dificult to see so many people vounded, trying to do your best to heal zem and bear the pain of vatching zem die."
You both would share stories of your time in the Battlefield, mostly him.
After the first encounter, you two would meet Up from time to time, maybe to drink coffe, eat some cheese.
He would try not to bring war so often if you are unconfortable with It, even ask you about your past, wanting to know more about you.
I think he would be rather protective of you, after how many horrors you must have seen he would try to shield you from any kind of gore.
Maybe he would even try to smoke less if you don't like It.
You two would start dating after a few months of knowing each other, mostly because he really wanted to do It in the perfect moment.
He would act tough in public, but when he IS with you he would be such a softie, hugging you all the time, not wanting to let go like the touch starved man he is.
Although he wouldn't really like kisses. But if It's for you he would give you some now and then.
