To follow such design logic, single material component - metal rod was chosen to become the subject of differentiation in space through the single process of non-standard roboticized rod bending. With the use of custom made computational tools nad machine learning techniques- it was possible to follow integrative design strategies and digitally control local, material, structural and architectural performance.
