Rose and Adrian in Spirit Bound. Another ship nobody asked for but I drew it anyway :)

“Hey, little dhampir.”
Startled, I realized someone was indeed standing on the porch. A guy - a moroi- leaned against the wall not far from the door. He brought a cigarette up to his mouth, took a long drag, and then dropped it to the floor. He stamped the butt out and crooked a smile. That was the scent, I realize. Clove cigarettes.
Warily, I stopped and crossed my arms as I took him in. He was a little shorter than Dimitri but wasn't as lanky as some Moroi guys ended up looking. A long, charcoal coat - probably made out of some insanely expensive cashmere-wool blend- fit his body exceptionally well, and the leather dress shoes he wore indicated more money still. He has brown hair that looked like it had been purposely styled to appear a little unkempt, and his eyes were either blue or green - I didn't have quite enough light to know for sure. His face was cute, I supposed, and I pegged him to be a couple years older than me. He looked like he’d just come from a dinner party.
“Yeah?” I asked.
His eyes swept over my body. I was used to attention from Moroi guys. It just usually wasn't so obvious. And I usually wasn't bundled up in winter clothing and sporting a black eye.
He shrugged. “Just saying hi, that’s all.”

Ok but a Vampire Academy/Percy Jackson crossover AU Fusion where Rose is a daughter of Hades struggling to keep her two lives separate while protecting her best friend as war threatens to consume them from all sides
My father, he was never too smart. He says to me, "You weren't born with much of a brain, so you better start using your body," right? So I become a fighter. You know what I mean? Why are you laughin'? My mother, she said the opposite thing. What'd she say, the opposite? She said you weren't born with much of a body, so you better develop your brain. Rocky (1976) dir. John G. Avildsen
It would be a good idea for the show to remove Rodrian even if Rose is over 18. The ship is built on non-consensual sexual advances, which aren't okay regardless of age. If the writers make Adrian treat Rose respectfully to correct that, they would just be copying Sydrian scenes. Ex: Adrian kept Rose in spirit dreams against her will, but he ended the first dream he had with Sydney immediately because she was uncomfortable with his magic.
I always found Adrian's forcefulness when it came to keeping Rose is spirit dreams so controlling. She'd be like "let me out of this dream, I want to sleep" and his response would be "you are asleep" as if that's even remotely the point. That's why I found it difficult to have much sympathy for Adrian the first few books into Bloodlines, especially because Rose herself didn't even seem to be aware of how many boundaries Adrian was crossing. It was almost like she (and everyone around them) just accepted that Adrian was going to be a bit of a Moroi asshole. I do like seeing that transition to Sydney seeing Adrian and expecting him to do good, where she sees his potential and won't just let him get away with bullshit. But I absolutely think it's possible to show this dynamic without Rodrian. Just show Adrian being a bit of a royal ass in other ways, and then show the improvements he makes as he and Sydney get closer.
Why do Rose and Adrian shippers still exist? What are y’all holding on for? A time machine?
If Sydney was included in the TV show earlier than in the book series, and the show somehow did Sydrian while adapting the first six VA books, how would you like to see that happen? Would you prefer a jump straight to setting up Sydrian or do you think Adrian should have a Rodrian phase first?
i LOVE sydney and would love to see her as soon as possible but it might be hard to do her stuff right away...I feel like having her involved would be a fun season 2 thing so she can have her own alchemist plotline adjacent to the main gang and meet up with rose whenever the show gets to siberia, but i don't think sydrian can really be set up before rodrian happens, you know? it's not just adrian, both of them need a relationship with rose to act as a catalyst.
if im honest im very neutral on sydrian, like i can see the appeal and they have a fun dynamic but i was a little let down by how their story ended so i would be okay with them taking a little longer to establish the relationship in the show! as for rose/adrian i mean. they were an incredibly unhealthy relationship for a bunch of reasons but that dynamic did change and effect both characters so i do think it should happen first? plec would have to make serious changes to the way they worked in order to make that a compelling and viable relationship, like maybe it was just me but they were never even painted as an endgame couple, dimitri was always first in rose's mind. i just hope adrian's mental illness isn't used as a reason to vilify him....he doesn't deserve that even if his thing with rose wasn't great
