Two Brothers, one art: The stunning beadwork of Choctaw Nation artists Roger and Marcus Amerman
These two artists, friends of the Winnemem, deserve the attention they're getting for their beadwork artistry.
Museums are his biggest buyers because his art is loaded with social commentary, (Marcus Amerman) says.
“Many people are uncomfortable with truth. They usually don’t want to buy it and live with it. I feel like, as an artist, you have to reflect society. I eat reality and I defecate art.”
