i know how you feel and tbh you don’t need to blame yourself, that feeling happens to all of us. maybe you can call a friend and go out for coffee or something?

coffee is never the answer for me bc I hate it lol but yeah well, idk I'm meeting a friend tomorrow to take a walk and eat an ice cream (right, sounds super childish but my city is like FULL of ice cream shops in both summer and winter and it's the most interesting thing to do here tbh) but it's not the solution idk what the solution is I... I just don't know anything
