I haven’t written any of those ships, and even if I did I wouldn’t be brave enough to share them, so please instead accept some recommendations of people who have written those ships:
As always I have to recommend Piece Me Back Together, Dear Heart by @rawrkinjd, a wonderful fic series that begins as Jaskier x Eskel and moves into Jaskier x Eskel x Lambert x Geralt. (It has a bunch of wonderful Jaskier x Lambert moments). Though honestly I recommend anything written by Rawrkin, since their ao3 is a trove of lovely Jaskier x Eskel fics.
Another wonderful Jaskier x Eskel writer is @fangirleaconmigo, and you can find those fics on their ao3 here.
@in-love-with-writing002 is currently obsessed with Jaskier x Lambert, so I would suggest checking out their wonderful Lambutt tag, and also their God!Jaskier story which begins here and has a bunch of heartfelt Jaskier x Lambert feels.
@dinahdarling has written these ships in some wonderful one shots and AUs that can be found under her Lambert x Jaskier and Eskel x Lambert tags.
