"One!" The coach shouts. Sleep early, wake up ealry...paddle early. "Two" he says while we take form. Minimum effort, maximum result. "Three!" I wasn't ready yet. Listen to the slightest beat. "Four" we keep up. Pause, observe. You need that. "Five!" FORM! FORM! "Six!" You need your entire body to move forward. You need your entire you. "Seven!" But most importantly, you also need the people around you. "Eight!" Breathe. Almost there. "Nine!" I'm keeping up "One-Zero" FINALLY. We sigh before we start back at one.
