spotify is /too/ good at handling multiple genres and will try to laser focus on the stuff you listen to on ocassion to help you “discover” which sucks when you like listen to a movie score on ocassion and now youve got a playlist with the theme to the notebook in it for no reason

note to self: under no circumstances should I listen to anything that has ever been an anime theme on Spotify.

maybe for narrative but i think in terms of tone 66 batman is so goofy you can get away with mechanics that wouldnt fit in the grittier arkham games but might make for a better game and its an easier perch to make ‘is this actually fun?’ judgements from.

probably! i would be totally into a 66 batman game just for the tone of things alone.  that’s part of what’s burnt me out on the Arkham series, everything’s just too grim and serious.  adam west batman stuff would be a lot of fun, i can imagine that game’s environments being super colorful and interesting to explore too.

alternately: maybe they should just make a Lego Arkham game and let it get real weird

Doreen is the one to wake up first. It’s a part of the “bright eyed and bushy tailed” mindset she swears by. Despite this every morning without fail she has to take a few extra minutes just to admire how beautiful Anna-Marie is even in the earliest parts of the morning.

Doreen’s constant cheerful attitude pisses Mystique off probably more than Remy ever did. At least Remy knew when to leave her alone, Doreen is a constant presence. She would try to assassinate her but then she remembers this is the same woman who beat Thanos and Galactus.

Destiny is the opposite. She didn’t like Doreen at first but after Doreen tried her best to make the house more disability accessible she started to understand the appeal. When Doreen offered her a “Seeing Eye Squirrel” Destiny fully accepted her into the family.
