In today’s modern societies more and more resources are dedicated to the development/discovery of utility based innovative ideas. Through her artistic career Roi Weinstein discoved again and again that the key for a successful innovative art project lies in the quality creative process: empowering diversities, welcoming differences and generating impact on the community in which we live in. She will offer to consider the artistic process as a tool for success in any area of innovative development.
Success doesn’t originate from a short moment (AHA!) of inspiration: it is a long journey. Success isn’t manufactured by one boss with a group of workers: it is a dialog between a group of people with diverse qualities and talents in which everybody feels equally important.
In other words Success starts with a group of „YOU“.
Roi is currently living, working and performing in Berlin. In 2011 she co-founded the youth theatre ‚De couloir‘ in Israel. Her studio „Foursquare“ is a production and experimental time based art laboratory where stupidity is a bliss. In 2014 Roi established the „i 2 Reality“ group; an interdisciplinary artist group which explores aspects of sound, visual and body expression. The group focuses on creating dynamic environments and interactive events which hybrid the forms of exhibition-show-concert. There last work TEA V performed in the „cross culture „festival and was funded by the city of berlin. in 2014 she co-founded the collective „Plateau gallery Berlin“: a pop-up gallery for innovative art. Roi guides different workshops around the world for art students, different cooperatives and curious people. (Roi Weinstein at Bayreuther Dialoge)
