Decided to do all 14 of my commanders, whew! The rest are below the cut✨
Ooh how about ranking your commanders best to worst for asking them for help?

HOOO BOY now I feel like anyone who knows my commanders knows exactly who is going at the bottom of this list but the rest should be interesting to sort out!
Call - she was made for this job. And once she's in position as commander, it shows. Even when she had doubts she is on top of things, she refuses to leave anyone behind and will help you regardless of her personal feelings toward you. Everyone deserves some support.
Laighe - now retired but did he job so dutifully and constantly tried to leave things better than she found them even if it was a losing battle. Even in her retirement she doesn't hesitate if someone asks for help.
Roibird - he's eager to help those who need it, seeing distress and wanting to fix it immediately. It can show progress of other things down sometimes, much to the mild annoyance of his team, but they'd never ask him to stop.
Ruan - genuinely one of the kindest souls you will ever meet, they will gladly help you with anything earnestly!
Joel - it's genuinely always happy to help, even if sometimes that help can be unconventional or counterintuitive. Just know what you're asking for!
Hastigi - she's good at writing a situation and whether she can actually succeed or not. If she helps you, the problem will get solved. If she doesn't, she'll instead try to help you avoid the consequences.
Mai Trin - she's doing her best to set things right in Cantha and going forward, she couldn't help the previous commander but she can try to have a better life now away from who she once was. And she knows that a big part of that and the Commander title is helping those who need it.
Cora - before she was Exalted she ran into every problem headfirst, ready to help! Now she puts a bit more consideration into what she does though. Can't help others if situations break you in turn can ya? She does her best though.
Roiel - she's still new to this commander gig, and figuring out what her limits are since escaping the fractals of her memories. Sometimes she'll help, sometimes she just won't. It's a bit of a crapshoot right now for her!
Matthias - will help because it's what his nobility persons he crafted would do, not because it's what he wants to do. If he deems it too much of a risk to his safety he will leave you there.
Trella - a little self centered and focused on her own problems, she doesn't always notice others having issues too. You have to bash through what she's already got goin on yup there to get her notice, but then she's happy to try and help!
Vuisce - their help is conditional, there's a lot on their plate and so many people are actively trying to make their life harder because of the choices they made. They'd love to help more, but they're a little busy at the moment!
Kai - if you are not one of her closest friends and the world is not burning down around you, you will not get help.
Taomesin - if the help you need lies outside of what the Commander's duties are you're sadly SOL!
Cara - nightmare court monarch who has happily killed and will happily kill again. If there's a worst way to fix a situation they will find it. A monkey's paw curls two fingers at a time when you ask Cara for help with anything.

💋 How affectionate are they with their friends? Their family? Their romantic partner(s) (if they have any)? Are they more physical or emotional when it comes to displaying their affection? Why?
He's super openly affectionate! Lots of hugs for friends and family, cheek/forehead kisses for those comfortable with it, and cuddling in any situation that allows for it. Canach, his partner, gets all of this x10 with added relationship benefits. And when Roibird needs to move around without access to his mobile aids, Canach is the one he tends to lean on for support.
He's just a very open and friendly gal, naturally so! And stubborn about it. No matter how dark it gets, no matter how much they ask go through, everyone needs some light and a friend. And he'll make sure they've all got that including himself.
🌹 How easy is it for them to connect with others and make friends? On the flip side how easy is it for them to make an enemy of someone? Are they the kind of person who hangs around the food table at a party and never talks to anyone or are they the type who can talk to anyone?
Oh he's a little social butterfly at events! And he's gotten particularly good at stepping in to help his less social friends get out of conversations and the spotlight. Even when he doesn't really agree with a topic, he can get people talking and engaged while someone else slips away who was led favorable to the topic. And with Logan's help he's become quite the little diplomat at meetings! It's astounding really, looking at this sylvari who seems so massive in his friendliness but suddenly whips out up to date political knowledge at a moments notice. He doesn't like political discussions, but he knows it's an important part of being the Commander.
🔥 Give us a list of general likes and dislikes, such as colours, textures, music, weather and other stuff!
Likes: the sound of gears functioning right, the little clicks and clacks of machinery, smooth soft bed sheets, the feel of parchment, the smell and taste of baked goods and a hearty breakfast, the feel of running his hand along canach's head, sunny days devoid of any storms, the metallic colors of a clean and functional project
Dislikes: long meetings, yellow, stormy days that make his body hurt, spending too long in bed, the grinding of machinery that isn't fitted properly with itself, people who upset his friends
📙 What kind of subjects (of conversation, of discussion, in school or whatever) does your OC find interesting or engaging or that they can talk for hours about? What kind of stuff do they just find fun?
He is the kind of girl that could talk your ear off about machinery and the development of golemancy, jade tech, and any other sets of energy equally useful in making fully functional aids for people who need them. It's a subject he knows well, having made his own mobility aids alongside Taimi with hers.
He also loves discussing flowers and their meanings, he thinks it's fun that he and his siblings share so much resemblance with these pretty little things, and will for laughs sometimes use flower meanings like astrology to relate to sylvari with similar attributes to each one. All in good fun with no seriousness of course, but it is fun to take it serially around people genuinely clueless about sylvari and see how long it takes them to catch on to the fact that he's talking out of his ass

:V thank you! I definitely need to talk about both these duos more considering i love them so much <3 I answered these questions for Kai/Caithe here! (helpful note to keep confusion on pronouns and such down on these Roibird/Canach answers, they're both he/him lesbians in this relationship <3)
31. What’s the relationship like? Smooth? Rocky?
Pretty smooth! Roibird's a very amicable kind of gal, and seeing as he's so laidback and doesn't lean on Canach's sordid past, Canach warmed up to him without too much issue. They drifted from friends to lovers pretty smooth once Roibird was able to worm his way into Canach's good graces.
32. How do they resolve their arguments?
Roibird is all about talking things out, taking a few deep breaths then trying to see Canach's point of view. And he often asks Canach to do the same with him. It doesn't always work, sometimes they both need to step away and take some days to breathe, but they've never considered an argument catastrophic enough to ruin things. The world's constantly on fire, don't get hung up on the little things.
33. Who has the most nightmares and how do they deal with them?
Canach does! He's been through by and large many more traumatic events overall, and he's not quite as good as Roibird at handling those things healthily mostly because he didn't have the chance to earlier in life. Roibird tries to gauge how he's doing when he wakes up from a nightmare, if it's the kind where support would help or if he needs some time alone. He always tries to just help Canach ride it out however's needed that night.
34. Do they give each other nicknames?
Canach calls Roibird just bird sometimes, or various bird species. Whatever fits how he's teasing him at the moment~ And roibird affectionately calls Canach his little thorn when he's being stubborn <3
