❝ Hey --- is,” she pauses at the sight of Gia, the only inhabitant in recording studio B. “Never mind, you’re far better --” Lola smiles widely before gingerly taking a step inside the room, eyes quickly glancing around to make sure she hadn’t interrupted anything. “You busy? I’m on lunch break and I don’t want to go somewhere alone again. Solo schedules have me spending most of my time alone.. missed out on so much while I was away on my trip.”

“It doesn’t matter if it’s over a cup of coffee or sitting out in the cold, I just want to spend time with you.”

Just spend time. Tired eyes search for the slightest gesture to scratch the phrase out as an exaggeration and resume his seclusion in those four walls. When was the last time a human being genuinely cared for another? No underlying intentions or selfish purposes regarding the moment. We live in a selfish world, driven by avarice and the great misconception of time being so meager that there is none to waste on anyone else but ourselves. Egocentric, yes, but true. <7small>

Our love (no matter what kind) is conditional. Dependent on the circumstances one finds another, he is conscious of this. But if this is the case, why do the words sound as honest?

“…Come in.” He croaks out as the door is now open enough to reveal himself completely. Without another word he starts walking back into the apartment, a hand scratching his nape as a habit. “I will make coffee, you must be freezing. Do you want something to eat?”

“But through every stupid thing you do and say – and those are a lot, by the way – I love you.”

  seungwon’s eyes widened at the words (most specifically the very last three, as unexpected as they were–), and he nearly choked on his coffee. he slammed his cup down onto the table, holding up a hand while sputtering and coughing for a moment before regaining his composure. “oh? what’s that? ‘i love you’?” seungwon finally managed to get out, chuckling as he put his chin in his hands and grinned cheekily. “to me? was that to me? alas, it cannot be! me?” clearly, this was not going to be something he’d ever let go.

 Mythology Asks 

Odin: What is your family like?

My family…we’re pretty normal except for the fact that I’m an idol! My parents are supportive of me at least – they let me audition, pursue the career I want, and go to School of Performing Arts despite being still pretty young. 

Aphrodite: What do you think of yourself?

I guess I gotta compliment myself now, huh? Well, this is kinda awkward since I’m not on TV…well, I think I’m very charismatic, that’s for one! Fans often commend me for being cool on stage but once they see behind-the-scenes videos, my goofy personality always manages to catch their eye. Hm, I’m pretty motherly too – the members mistake it for being naggy and frugal but I think otherwise! I guess I just like things to get done at once, which is good, right? I hate seeing the dorm messy so that’s what I annoy the other girls a lot…ah! I’m also really friendly. From the oldest to the maknae, I play along with them just fine. I’m a good – and cute, oops – package that has bits and pieces of everything, I guess? 

Athena: Would you consider yourself an artist?

Idol and artist…they’re quite two different things. Like a lot of other idols – hoobaes and sunbaes alike – I try to dabble a bit at composing and writing lyrics. I’m not great, but I do wish to improve at them. Dancing is more of my forte, though, so I try to help out with either choreography or members who can’t seem to nail down moves too. Newsun says I could be a stylist as well since I’m always fixing everyone right before we hit stage or during our MV filming for Deja Vu…but, back to the question – uh, I’ll honestly say that no – I don’t consider myself one yet due to the mere fact that I haven’t made my own music and shown my true, developing potential yet!

Poseidon: Are you a moody person?

Not at all! I’m usually chipper and happy…save for the times when people say too much and I feel offended, of course. Though I do have down days, it just happens not that often as the other members.
