redesigned a concord character but also. not rlly? I kinda completely changed the concept but I will explain my design decisions under the cut :>

the character- roka, is clearly supposed to have a silly personality with their general body language, so I wanted to brighten their color scheme up significant and use warmer tones to show this! I also made their general body shape rounder to snow friendliness and things like that. I gave em big boots to communicate that in one of their moves, after they’re done flying they stomp all hard on the ground to do damage, and I think the boots communicate that function well.

For the cat theming- kinda pulled it outta my ass. The glass on their helmet sorta barely resembles a cat shape, and this design rlly wasn’t giving me much so I wanted to run with that. It was definitely fun to work with tho!

Stickers r again, to show their silliness and carefree attitude, along with giving them a more visible Jetpack since? The character flies but I rlly can’t get that from the og design so??/lh also tried to make sure the colors don’t blend in as much!!

I’m no character designer but this was mainly just for fun, hope ppl enjoy it <3
