Double choc fudge rollo slice!!
Melt 250g butter with 1.5cup castor sugar. Sift 1.25cup plain flour, a dash of baking powder and 0.75cup dark cocoa in to a bowl. Add 3 eggs and melt mix to the bowl, stir until mix falls away from bowl. Pour in to slice tray. Add Rollo chocolate (or strawberry) to top. Bake in 180degC fan force oven for 22 mins.
