THIS MONTH’S LINEUP:
TATE GREGOR
Tate Gregor is a solo electronic artist from New York City who found his musical roots in the chiptune / DIY scene under the alias “PopSTAR,” as well as in chip-duo “CHILLBRAVE.” His newly developed genre, “art-in-time,” highlights the 4th-dimensional axis of communication that exists exclusive to the medium of sound and experience - the feeling, the emotion, the movement, the tension, and the release - the art. in. time.

Rolly Mingwald is an emotional wave of sonic curiosity. Consisting of 80's synths and summer time vibes, it's easy to get lost and forget what year it is. From bittersweet melodies to darker pulsating bass lines, creative diversity is showcased while delving into 80's synth-music, as well as exploring the mind of a young person torn in many different directions. If you enjoy beach sunsets and sharing moments with close friends, then Rolly Mingwald has the soundtrack for you.

CHiKA
Working as a graphic designer and her experience in real time video performance for a decade in New York City has strongly influenced her artistic practice, shifting it from a one-way communication channel with the audience into a full experience that uses technology to establish a moment of co-creation with the public. Her work creates what she describes as the symphony of light: creating minimalist geometric shapes and visuals that explore in dark space and inviting people to reinvent themselves through the relationship between objects and images. Light and sound are the main elements she uses in her installations, which are ultimately a visual performance that experimenting improvisational communication and immediate interaction with the audience in real time.
