Hadley is in the cafe, sweeping the floors, getting ready to close. She hears the door open, and looks at the man who had entered. "Hello," she says, her voice quiet, yet sweet.
The night was cold and Rolph was pretty sure that if he didn’t get any sort of warmth, he would freeze to death. He entered a small cafe, hoping it wasn’t closed yet. There was a girl who was sweeping on the floors, and no one else that he could see. “Good evening,” he greeted as he took his scarf off and draped it on his arm. “I’m sorry but perchance, are you still open?”
