Hi Gaia! Have you heard of the asteroid psyche? And it being used in love readings?

I think this asteroid is pretty popular for synastry charts since it shows how both parties can just click or get each other on a deeper psychological level. I think any asteroid can be looked at through a romantic sense as each individual may see value in different things (from physical, emotional, intellectual as well as psychological & ideology wise)

Psyche is also an asteroid of ideals, and mortal beauty but also the human mind. If you have Eros conjunct Psyche in synastry, it's usually an indicator of a "soulmate" or star-crossed lovers bond.

Since Eros fell in love with the human (Psyche) that his mother (Aphrodite) sent him to kill due to jealousy.

So yes! It can be used for love readings.

i noticed your Lovelock synastry/composite post and I noticed in composite I have it conjunct the ascendent, can you interpret what this means exactly? I'm a little newer to asteroids..Gracias. :)

Lovelock brings a more intense feel, there's a thin line between love and obsession and lovelock is an asteroid that can help push it more towards the extreme depending on the placements. Almost to to point of " I can't live without you" especially in hard aspects or conjuncting.

But essentially, there is a strong physical attraction/connection that the both of you may feel towards each other. How the both of you "look" together is something that the both of you love or can't get enough of; it's very easy for you to be obsessed with your partner's look & the physical chemistry that you may have and since it's a composite chart; both of you feel that way. You'll notice that your eyes tend to be glued to each other at times lol.
