Man, can you imagine...the rough and rather brash Max and the cheerful and sweet Iris...together? Yeah, turns out this was ONE couple I did not intend of creating, but I found them to amusing to not build from there.

Ok, but one of my favorite tropes is 'the one that gave up being remembered by their loved one and died to save them nonetheless' and 'the loved one that really does not remember them but still feels empty without their partner'. Like, I do not know you, but I still needed to hold your body and tell you you're going to be okay as you were dying. I still had that need to go to your funeral, I still cried more than your family did. I don't know who you are, but you haunt my dreams, I hear your voice everywhere I go. I don't know you but living is not quite the same without you, feels like I'm not living at all.
