When I think about Eleanor, I image she never wears quite the same outfit twice and she draws inspiration from Old Hollywood but also Cher Horowitz. She curls and pins her hair as if it’s the 1940s and wears a shade of red lipstick that Peggy Carter would be proud of. Her shoes coordinate with her nail polish and she owns an abundance of old new things. Talking shit with Ezra and her frenemyship with Hana makes me think she can be really #petty but always with a smile and yet she’d still be so offended if you were to say anything too mean back. Like, how dare?
More On Ellie
Every time someone calls her ‘Ellie’, her heart honestly just flutters. She always loved the nickname because it felt like something special that those who loved her and knew her had adopted. To stop herself from missing them so much- her friends, The Romantics- she tried to leave it behind her, insist she didn’t like it when she aimed to recreate herself in a new city, but she does like it. She’s an Ellie at heart.
Has always loved to take charge and organize whenever possible. She was the obvious choice as the head of any committee, the worst one to get paired against on debate team and she was the most no-nonsense, pain in the butt, tutor ever. Highlighters, sticky notes and day planners are still her three favourite things and she can fill sheet after sheet with notes in perfect cursive. She has a practical mind and there isn’t anything that can’t be fixed by making a list.
Planned out her whole life from the moment she could hold a pen. There’s a 5, 10 and 15 year plan that she refuses to deviate from and if you ask her, yes everything is going exactly the way she wanted, thanks! But that’s not really true. She tells herself her job is a stepping stone but she’s still picking up green juice for her boss and being ignored by those she needs to impress. She tells herself that she’s happy and progressing and taking the safe, pre-planned course but some days she just wishes she could throw it all out and take a chance on one of her passion passions like painting or poetry.
Agreeing to this roadtrip was…a lot for her (the no shoes rule? Everyone better be in socks!). For one, she's not not brought her hands-free just in case there’s an emergency back at the office and for another, a bus? Really? Her actual funds (though she has been an avid saver) might not reflect her five star attitude but that won’t stop her from turning her nose up at it all. Who wants to share a room? Or drive everywhere? Where will all her shoes go? Still, the part of her that feels lost and trapped in current life (and all that wine, jeez) had her saying yes anyway.
Sometimes she feels so out of place in this time. She longs for something else that she can’t quite explain; it’s more, she knows that much. But she’s also horribly aware most nights that she’ll never be able to have everything she wants, or see everything there is, or paint in a colour that no one else has before and it makes her feel so small sometimes. It’s like she can see the immensity of it all in an ocean of never-ending possibility and outcomes and she suddenly can’t swim.

Things to know about me, i’m 22, a Libra, and i’m a teaching assistant. I work with preschool age, so I know ever bad knock knock joke in the book. I’m super excitable and always down to plot, or even just chat. Don’t stress about my timezone, I always get on at funky hours anyway.
Things to know about Jesse:
He’s the king of ‘I don’t give a fuck’
A sarcastic charmer, who hates the world but would also save a duck from oncoming traffic.
He’s actually kind of smart, but never tried in school. He would have sooner lit up in class, than done the assignments. So people probably assume he isn’t intelligent, but in reality he is.
Can actually be kind nice once you get past his million and one walls.
Jesse is super moody and it can flip rather quickly. He likes to pretend that he doesn’t have feelings or emotions, but he’s almost overloaded with them. But just because his mood is ever changing doesn’t mean he talks about his feelings. Because that’d be crazy.
His family fell apart when Jesse’s mother had an affair with Sebastian’s father. Jesse’s own dad taking off, and he never heard a peep from him.
At school Jesse would get into physical altercations with other students, including his step brother.
A few months after graduation, Jesse grabbed his bags and left home. Moving to Hawaii, in hopes of starting a new life on beautiful beaches, with people he didn't know. The appeal of a tourist driven location, where he never had to see the same people twice. He lived in a beach shack, got a job bar tending & had a string of short lived relationships.
He makes a mean cocktail, and has a habit of having five drinks too many on a regular basis.
Jesse did a bit of digging and discovered his father resided in New York, he spent six months in the big apple trying to reconnect with the man. The two worked through some of their issues and are now on good terms. Though Jesse hasn't told anyone that they've spoken.
After returning from New York, Jesse enrolled in university to study Civil Engineering in hopes of making a better life for himself. Within three months, he dropped out due to lack of motivation and general dislike for the rules and regulations of study.
Jesse had isolated himself from his friends and family, totally detaching them from his new life. His own mother doesn't even know more than the fact he now resides in Hawaii.
Jesse has done more than a few trips to lock up for petty crimes and public nuisance. Having owed large sums of money to bail bondsman, he's come out of numerous encounters with a scar or two.
Getting twisted up with bail bondsman and various other dangerous people left Jesse hospitalised for a month with multiple injuries, including severe damage to his right hand. He now has uncontrollable tremors and difficulty using that hand to it's full capacity.
Still you’ll find him having a hushed phone conversation to the men who grow increasingly more impatient with Jesse.

A Good Influence - So most of the time Jesse doesn’t care and is a mess of reckless and rebellious, which never ends well. It could be past or present, just someone who can get to him and tell him when he’s being a little shit.
Previously close friend - Someone he was really close with in high school, that he could actually open up to and generally cared about. They could have kept in touch when Jesse moved away.
Someone he bumped in while in Hawaii - Literally anything could have happened.
Night pal - Pretty much just someone who he’d party, drink and do stupid shit with.
This is all I can think of for now, just honestly for connections just hit me up, and i’m open to absolutely anything. I’m just so excited to be here, and plot with y’all.
So before I get to the high school portion of Wyatt's bio, I actually have a few connections I'd like filled.
