nice things
1. I've been keeping journals since I was 14, and I'm really proud of myself for getting myself to update them on a semi-regular basis. I really like knowing how my mind is changing.
2. I get up and perform my original songs in front of people several times a year even though I'm really really scared of performing! and I'm getting less scared of it every time!
3. I checked my grades online recently and I overcame a huge huge anxiety associated with knowing my grades and that was a big step for me
4. I have blue hair! I like my blue hair!
5. I'm really good at talking about and expressing my own feelings, and I'm getting better at being honest about them even when it's uncomfortable
yeah these are things that I'm proud of & like about myself! uwu
