#76 It's decided! Time to build a plan

My roommates and I decided to have a movie night. We ended up watching  A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night. It was a great movie, even though it was in black and white, which I was not prepared for. But other than that, a great movie with a great message.

Anyways. My roommates had been the ones who wanted to watch it, and I said yes. After tonight, I’m not planning on ever watching a movie with them again. They were on there phones the entire time. And if by some chance they weren’t, they were talking. Loudly. No matter how many times I said something to them or made a noise in irritation, they didn’t stop.

It’s just a pet peeve of mine. When a movie is on, you sit and watch it. You don’t play on your phone or talk the entire time. You keep your mouth shut and watch.

Work, Love, & Play?

I can't go to sleep and I open tomorrow at work. I've been passing the time by watching The United States of Tara. All of it's dysfunctional mumbo jumbo has me thinking about everything wrong in my life. Currently one of my roommates has gone out of town for the weekend, without cleaning up after a very drunken escapade like he said he would and leaving his 8 week old puppy here without a sitter (we don't count since it wasn't run by us beforehand, but we're not shitty enough people to let it sit neglected). My other roommie and I are not pleased. So homes on the fritz. Work also sucks, people are getting fired left and right for not making sales that are impossible to make because we don't have enough customers, aaand people are catty as fuck there (my department mostly excluded). Finally I have my Bf, who I have bitched about on here too often this summer. He's canceled so many times that I'm scared our movie night's going to fall through. Another thing being that we only hang out to watch movies. We haven't been on a real date in forever, and whenever we go anywhere we go dutch or I pay, although he goes out with his friends all the time (often after saying he can't hang out with me that day). I feel like I want more from him than he wants from me, and that he asks for more than he's willing to give. So we'll see how that works out... I kind of thought this post would clear my head or at least lower my stress so I could sleep, but I'll probably bury this post under a ton of reblogs and stay up super late. Cool.

It's coming along pretty great. And I get satisfaction of knowing that I can be organized while the roomies shit is everywhere. Now if only they would stop triggering me...

So because my roommate is lazy, we have no internet now for who knows how long... His gf moved out almost three weeks ago now... And the internet and cable was all in her name. We all knew it would get cut off at the end of the month and as he is the one now managing the house I told him quite a few times to start making calls before the end of the month so we wouldn't have to go as long without it (if at all). But of course he didn't do it.. it was cut off yesterday and I think he still hasn't called.... Fuck I want out of this house so bad... I actually have important stuff to do for my trip and now I have to do it all on campus or at work somehow on just my iPad... Fuck... Oh this is also the same roommate that has not done his scheduled chores for over three weeks now, but has been out partying with friends instead... I get breakups are hard but Fuck if you're the one managing the house get your shit together...
