OFF CAMPUS RANT WITH SPOILERS

Because I don't have book friends I now have to rant about the Off Campus show. This will be full spoilers so if you have not watched it come back to this after you do.

I love that they expanded the friendship between Dean and Beau. I hope they continue showing them together cause when Beau dies it's gonna destroy us and I want to feel that. I feel like their friendship was not deeply explored in the books so i'm happy about how it was portrayed in the show.

Dean and Allie are so adorable together. But their deviation from the books is wild yet interesting. I'm still locked. Dean and Allie were never my fave couple but im obsessed with them in the show.

Now. Let's talk about the biggest plot twist. HUNTER DAVENPORT. The way my jaw dropped and I screamed when it was revealed at Malone's. I thought he was Jake but that would not make sense because Jake is... Jake. But I was not expecting the guy to be Hunter.

Also, I don't remember Dean hating Hunter in the books. Please someone refresh my memory if that is a thing in the books. I'm beyond excited to see where they take this.

The changes they made to Garrett at the end shook me. I hope he comes back season 2 ready to play Hockey for himself. I just felt that Garrett was left unresolved so maybe he will have a comeback in season 2.

I do love that they gave Logan the Captain position cause he really deserved it.

I wish the spice was more but it's just the first season so i'm giving them grace.

The campus wide hands off.....was a lowkey let down. It was glossed over but I understand why. The story was going a different direction at this point but still.

So they have casted Grace but my question is where will season 2 go. I have no idea at this point. The reveal of Hunter SPUN me.

My hope for the coming seasons are as follows: More Spice. More hot me. Keep Demi a black Latina.
