Really hoping they’ll go more in-depth with the eugenics stuff later,,,, because in the manga, they name specifically that the people the Romonons deemed “unworthy” of finding their city or remaining flesh and blood were “the sick, the poor, and the ugly”—Disabled people. People they “had nothing to gain from”. Hoping they name it specifically eventually here too. It’s very important thematically tbh—eugenics is a major theme going forward imo
