Cirque Royale 10 year Anniversary AMA! Part 2
btinch340.bsky.social asked "I have a question for Quinn's family. What are your favorite Acts?"
Penelope: Obviously, I have an affinity for a well-trained dog act, but I am also fond of an equestrian showcase. We previously had a very talented group of equestrians; however they retired upon Quinton’s return.
Will: Comedy acts are the best part!
Fred: Clowns are synonymies with comedy, after all.
Penelope: Oh please, the belief that clowns are inherently funny is nothing more than a stereotype other species came up with in order to make us seem unintelligent.
Fred: Unintelligent. Do you know how hard it is to write a good joke?
Penelope: I might, if I ever saw one from your act.
Louise: I like the acrobats. They’re so graceful. You know Quinn used to be an acrobat, before she put on all that weight.
Penelope: She’s just pointing out the obvious, Quinton.
blackfoxross asks: "To Cupcake, do you ever get stage fright?"
Cupcake: Sometimes. Believe it or not, big crowds are easier to perform in front of, because all the people all blend together into a big blob, unlike small crowds where you can see individuals. Daisy helps me calm down by doing deep breathing with me or brushing my hair.
Del asked: "What is Will and Fred's favorite thing to do together? What's their least favorite? "
Will: I like when we pull pranks together.
Fred: Or when we play video games and Will starts crying because he can’t beat the boss so he makes me do it.
Will: Ha! Okay, I don’t wanna sound lame or nothin’, but I’ve always loved putting on shows with my bro.
Fred: Aw, dude, I think that’s my favorite, too!
Penelope: And what’s your least favorite thing to do together?
Will: Well, there was this one thing we used to hate doing together as kids.
Penelope: Then, by all means.
Penelope: Why do I bother?
lumalaise asked: "Can I ask Penelope a question? Pen, your adorable poodles are your pride and joy, and having them brightens and enriches your life greatly. Did they bring you through some of your hardest days as well? "
Penelope: Yes, of course! I wouldn’t be here if it were not for my poodles. They love me no matter what I do or say and are always there for me, which is more than I can say about most people.
nethilia asked: "To Penelope: which of Quinn's children is your favorite to spend time with??"
Penelope: hmm. I haven’t spent much one-on-one time with them each, but I ‘ll say Retta. Her small child antics give me a chuckle or two.
Red: Yes! Everybody loves me!
Anon asked: "Penelope- if you could do any other job that wasn't dog or fashion related, what job would you want?"
Penelope: I would make an excellent leader such as a CEO or boarding school headmistress. Queen would also be ideal. I could certainly lead this kingdom better than Quinten.
Kingston: Just what Clowny Island needs. Living in fear of being mauled by poodles for dropping a candy wrapper.
Penelope: Littering should not be taken so lightly. It is careless and makes residents look trashy. Opp! Too late for you, Mustache.
ron what is your sandwich/burger recommendation?
Ron: Personally, I enjoy a black bean burger with honey glazed carrot bacon, caramelized onion, and a good amount of pepper with BBQ sauce on a toasted pretzel bun.
Leo: He likes a blinding amount of pepper
Ron: Not my fault, you can’t handle a little spice.
Leo: Ron, you eat whole peppercorns as a snack.
Ron: And that’s why I never get sick.
Anon asked: "Penelope I’m really a big fan of you with way of style choice even hardships and your dogs are the cutest things in the world. I wish to know them more!"
All you have to do is ask, dear. I currently have 10 poodles of my own and several more that I have bred have gone on to good homes.
The two you often see me with are Marina and Diamond, my psychiatric service dogs. I trained them myself to help me calm down from panic attacks. Marina, the pink one, is more relaxed and loves to run and play when she isn’t working. Her sister, Diamond, is more clingy and affectionate.
